Gel Polish: If you chip your gel polish within 5 days we will fix the chipped nail free of charge.
Regular Polish: We do not guarantee regular polish so please make sure you are happy with your nails before leaving. Any smudges, chips, etc will be charged accordingly.
We offer top name brands as well as select brands whose manufacturers advise that their products are Vegan, Cruelty Free, 5-Free, 9-Free, or 21-Free. Inquire for more manufacturer information.
No, we require the card to be present with valid identification. We also accept cash.
Yes! The card must be present with valid License and there is a 3% fee.
Anyone not being serviced is welcome to wait in the waiting area.
We are always accepting applications for Nail Technicians, Waxing and Lash Technicians! If you’d like to apply, please bring in a copy of your resume and fill out an application with our receptionists.
Our menu shows starting prices for short square nails. Add-ons such as art, special top coats, multiple colors, specialty shape, length etc will be charged accordingly.
Removal is not included in our prices. If you need product removed it will be an additional charge.
We have complimentary bottled water and do not allow outside food or drinks.

Deposits are required to schedule an appointment and will be credited towards your service total at time of payment. If you cancel your appointment and do not come at the time you had scheduled or are more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit your deposit.
We Do Not offer Refunds. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Please understand that when a client does not fulfill the appointment time that they have scheduled, it often results in the technician losing a chance to service another client. When pre-booking appointments with your favorite technicians, please be considerate of their time.
If you have scheduled an appointment and are not able to come at that time, that appointment time will need to be cancelled and you are welcome to make a new appointment online. Each appointment time requires a deposit, therefore deposits cannot be moved or refunded to you. We appreciate your understanding.
